Founder/CEO

Seasoned PM in PMO functioning at  Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Companies, Medical Device, and Therapeutics Commercial launch in U.S. partnering with EMEA and APAC.

Servant Leader who strives to strategize business continuity and achieving excellence.  Participates in the allocation of resources and contributes her experience and perspective to the project scope. Navigates through roadblocks to ensure compliance and continuous process improvements.

Mikelcie is known as a "Natural Leader, extremely versatile, very keen on the solutions to close gaps." She maintains team morality and positive attitudes. Influences business partners to be the best version of themselves through effective communication and applies emotional intelligence.

When Mikelcie is not working, she devotes her time to fitness, volunteerism and family togetherness.

Nyjah "Nye" Smarr

Project Associate, Intern

Honors Student-Athlete and a Leader at Delaware State University. Finance major with a 3.8 cumulative GPA. Speaks Spanish fluently. An Alumnae of The Peddie School.

Nye wears multiple leadership hats on campus. She's Vice President of the Financial Planning Club, Treasurer of the Honors Program, and Corresponding Secretary for Student Government.

Nye is ambitious, crafty at networking.  She demonstrates strong presentation skills. Nye is not shy to research and explore internships, and fellowships leading to opportunities at JP Morgan Chase & Co. (New York and Texas), HBCU-Start @ Miami Herbert Program Cohort and Women’s Playmaker Fellowship by the Make A Play Foundation.
